What is Mesothelioma?

Mesothelioma cancer is a rare type of disease usually caused by exposure to asbestos. Malignant cells are found in the mesothelium or the protective sac that covers the body's internal organs. These cells can invade and damage nearby tissues and organs or later on spread to other parts of the body.

There are ways to fight this disease like undergoing surgery procedures, radiation treatment and chemotherapy. These procedures though can't guaranty positive result but it's worth trying because there are some people who actually beat the disease and live. Just like Paul Krauss who beat the odds of death when he was diagnosed with mesothelioma. Just keep fighting and never give up.
