Living in a very old apartment has its pros and cons.  The rent payment is generously good most especially for the current economy, rent doesn't exceed a thousand dollars therefore making everyday living a little bit lighter.  Of course nothing much to expect from an old housing unit, all facilities,utilities and systems are old and outdated.

Some very stressful events happened already in this apartment, one of which is cabling installation for the internet systems.  Since it's a very old unit, the cabling had some problems when the guys came in to check the internet.  Not only that the ports were limited, upgrade was not an option due to the incapacity of the unit to have new cables installed.  It was a real test at that time though we were able to make things work even with the very basic systems which can adapt to the existing conditions here.  There isn't really much to expect with a very old place like this but things can still work as long as you want to give it a try.
